Equalizer i Adjusts different frequency ranges to shape your voice tone. Choose from presets or customize your own sound.

Compressor EQ i Balances volume levels by making quiet parts louder and loud parts quieter. Creates consistent, professional-sounding audio.

Noise Gate i Automatically mutes your microphone when you're not speaking, eliminating background noise during silence.

De-Esser i Reduces harsh "S" and "SH" sounds (sibilance) that can be unpleasant or cause distortion.

Compressor Controls

Fine-tune how the compressor handles your audio dynamics.

Threshold (dB) i Audio levels above this point will be compressed. Lower values (-20 to -30) compress more of your voice, higher values (-6 to -12) only compress the loudest parts.

Ratio i How much to reduce loud sounds. Higher ratios (6-10) create more dramatic compression, lower ratios (2-4) sound more natural.

Noise Gate Controls

Configure when the gate opens (lets sound through) and closes (mutes the mic). The gate uses RMS (average) level detection, not peak levels.

Gate Threshold (dB) i Audio below this level will be muted. Uses RMS detection. Practical range: -35 dB (gentle gating), -30 dB (moderate), -25 dB (aggressive). Lower values may not work effectively.

Gate Reduction (dB) i How much to reduce the volume when the gate is closed. Lower values (-40 to -60) create complete silence, higher values (-10 to -20) reduce but don't eliminate background noise.

Auto Gain Control Settings

Set the desired output volume level that AGC will maintain automatically.

Target Level (dB) i The volume level AGC will try to maintain. Lower values (-18 to -30) for quieter output, higher values (-6 to -12) for louder output. AGC will boost quiet speech and reduce loud speech to hit this target.

Recommended: -12 dB for general use, -18 dB for quiet environments, -6 dB for maximum presence.

Voice Changer Settings

Make your voice unrecognizable while keeping it intelligible. Combines pitch shifting, spectral tilt (formant approximation), and chorus modulation.

Pitch (semitones) i Shifts voice pitch up or down. Negative values = deeper voice (Darth Vader), Positive = higher voice (chipmunk). ±4 to ±6 semitones is most effective.

Formant Shift i Approximates formant shifting using spectral tilt. Negative = darker/larger vocal tract, Positive = brighter/smaller. Helps mask speaker identity.

Chorus Depth i Adds subtle modulation and movement for more "character". Creates micro-detuning that further masks the original voice.
