Effects SDK updates — Q1 2025: isSupported, multi-instance GPU, ESM builds

Q1 2025 focused on the Web SDK developer experience. Version 3.5.0 added a compatibility check before initialization, several GPU-segmented SDK instances on one page, separate ESM and CommonJS builds and support for stricter Content Security Policies. 3.5.1 simplified the drawing pipeline in preparation for custom effects.
