Effects SDK updates — Q3 2026: new models on web and Android, Audio SDK 2.6

Q3 2026 refreshed the models on the web and on Android. The Web Video SDK moved to ONNX Runtime 1.27 with new segmentation models, the Web Audio SDK 2.6 introduced a new speed noise model and a redesigned AGC, and the Android Video SDK caught up with the web: video noise suppression, portrait lighting and better color correction.

Video Effects SDK for the web — 3.12 and 3.13#

  • 3.12: ONNX Runtime 1.27 with a single, smaller WASM file, new Balanced and Quality landscape models, inference in a dedicated worker, and clearer runtime errors. 3.12.1 restored compatibility for self-hosted and npm setups. Details and migration: Web Video Effects SDK 3.12.
  • 3.13.1: new default Quality (1.6.0) and Balanced (5.6.0) models; when a browser exposes WebGPU without the adapter information ONNX Runtime needs, the SDK falls back to CPU WASM instead of failing; WASM runtime lookup checks the script directory first, then sdk_url. No configuration changes are needed.

3.12.0 · 3.12.1 · 3.13.1

Audio Effects SDK for the web — 2.6.0 and 2.6.1#

A new model family for the speed preset, a speech-gated AGC, a lookahead limiter, latency modes, a polyphase resampler and new diagnostics. Self-hosted setups need two new model files, and Studio Sound defaults changed. Details and upgrade checklist: Audio Effects SDK 2.6.

2.6.0 · 2.6.1

Video Effects SDK for Android — 2.15.0#

  • Improved segmentation models.
  • Noise suppression and portrait lighting, as on the web.
  • Better color correction, low light and beautification.
  • Smaller SDK and faster processing.
